The loan of cots (cot linen not provided), high chairs, changing mats, socket guards and bottle warmer (all subject to availability, max 1 of each per apartment; state at time of booking), board games, fondue, pierrade and raclette sets are available from Reception.
All the stylish apartments are fitted and furnished to a high standard of comfort and convenience. They have a living area with a pull-out sofa bed (making 2 single beds), a fully equipped kitchen area with ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, multi-function oven, electric coffee-maker, kettle, toaster, mixer and steamer. Bathroom with hairdryer and WC (sometimes separate for larger apartments). All apartments have satellite TV, telephone, Wi-Fi (free for first device, subsequent devices payable) and a balcony.

Prices include:
Fully equipped apartment, bed linen (beds made on arrival except sofa bed in lounge), towels, tea towel, cleaning kit and end of stay cleaning (excl. kitchen area and washing up).
To pay locally:
- Refundable deposit €400,
- Local tourist tax c.€2.80pp/day (over 18yrs),
- To hire: extra towel set €12/pp, bathrobe €10, extra cleaning kit €8,
- End of stay cleaning including kitchen and dishes (price to be requested at the reception),
- Bread delivery service available to order by 6pm with delivery to reception the following day from 8am.
- Underground car parking €80/week/car (pay locally, subject to availability so request at time of booking, max height 1.80m),
- Pets welcome €80/stay (max 1/apt) on presentation of the anti-rabies certificate, request at time of booking.
Price is unless specified, per accommodation, per week, on a self-catering basis, in £s Sterling, including a Standard Eurotunnel LeShuttle crossing from Folkestone to Calais with a car with free FlexiPlus upgrade on selected dates. A supplement will apply for travel on certain peak dates. £15 each way supplement for high cars (above 1.85m) will also apply. Other routes and operators available (including P&O routes from Hull to Rotterdam plus Brittany Ferries route from Portsmouth to Caen). Accommodation only deduct £420.
