Alexane was well located in the center of Samoëns, we loved the pool, hammam, jacuzzi and the reception area. All the staff were lovely-so friendly and helpful.

We arrived in resort having forgotten our carefully prepared ticket pack including ski lift passes. I called Peak Retreats who worked with the resort ski pass people and replacement passes were waiting for us on Sunday morning for us to start skiing - no hassle, no delay... really impressive and very appreciated. You are an amazing team.
