This south-facing complex of 34 newly built luxury chalets/apartments enjoys one of the very best and quietest locations in St Martin de Belleville, in the Grangeraies quarter, just 50m from St Martin 1 gondola, giving easy access to the 3 Valleys area, and ski school meeting point; just 300m from the centre of the resort.

All the chalets and apartments are spacious, well designed, beautifully appointed and stylishly decorated in a happy amalgam of contemporary and traditional styles. Most offer superb mountain views.
In each there is a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee maker; a living area with floor to ceiling windows leading to a terrace or balcony; satellite TV and either a wood burner or fireplace; free WiFi.

To pay locally (provisional):
- Refundable deposit 2000€ (credit card),
- Local tourist tax (c.€1 day/pers 18+ years – for guidance only),
- Cleaning costs if apartment is left very dirty

Price is unless specified, per accommodation, per week, in £s Sterling, including a DFDS return crossing with a car on Dover-Calais on a self-catering basis. Other operators including Brittany Ferries, P&O and Eurotunnel LeShuttle are available at a supplement. Please view here for all ferry & tunnel details. Extra week deduct £190 per party. Accommodation only deduct £150. Extra car is £180 plus appropriate supplements. Arrival day is usually Saturday.
