Cristal Lodge
The residence at Cristal Lodge, located in the Chantemerle village, is made up of 26 apartments in two chalets, and the hotel has 20 rooms, most of which have a balcony with great views. Both apartments and the hotel rooms are stylishly decorated with warm wood tones.
The hotel boasts:
- Wellness space with sauna, steam room and hot tub,
- Massage room,
- A tapas bar serving Savoyarde style tapas,
- A games area.
Hotel facilities are also open to those staying in the apartments.
All apartments have a living area with sofa bed sleeping 2, flat-screen TV, WiFi, open-plan kitchen area with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee machine and kettle.
The hotel’s 20 rooms range from doubles and triples to family rooms for five. Rooms have a flat-screen TV, WiFi, hairdryer, shower or bathroom. Most have a balcony with views.

Studio 2 sleeping 2 (20m2): living area with double bed, shower room, WC
1 bedroom apartment sleeping 4 (36-45m2): double bedroom, bath or shower room, WC, balcony or terrace
1 bedroom alcove apartment sleeping 4-6 (49-55m2): double bedroom, alcove with bunks. Bathroom and/or shower room, either 1 or 2 WC. Balcony or terrace
2 bedroom apartment sleeping 6 (54-66m2): double bedroom, bedroom with 2 single beds or a double bed. Bathroom and/or shower room, 2 WC. Balcony or terrace

Standard double room sleeping 2 (22m2): double bed (140cm), north-facing (no view), without a balcony
Premium double room sleeping 2 (22m2): double bed (180cm), balcony, south-facing, mountain views
Standard triple room sleeping 3 (22m2): double bed (180cm), single bed, balcony, south-facing, mountain views
Standard quad family room sleeping 4 (44m2): four single beds or two single beds and a set of bunks, north-facing (no view), without a balcony
Standard 5 person family room sleeping 5 (44m2): five single beds, north-facing (no view), without a balcony
Please note that we have not yet been able to inspect these apartments, as the residence was not completed at the time of our visit. We were, however, impressed with the hotel, which we have been able to visit and the location and know the high standards employed in similar residences.
This residence, opened for summer 2022, is in the heart of the resort, not forgetting that Serre-Chevalier enjoys over 300 days of sunshine per year! It is 300m from the ski lifts and located next to the hotel of the same name, previously the family hotel of ski champion Luc Alphand.

Prices include (provisional):
Fully equipped apartment, bed linen (beds made on arrival except sofa bed in living area and bunks) and towels (extra set €8 pp), end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen area and washing up), cleaning kit, 1 parking space per accommodation (extra spaces on request and subject to availability).
To pay locally (provisional):
- Refundable deposit €300-€600 depending on the size of the apartment,
- Local tourist tax max €2.30 pp/day (+18yrs, for guidance only),
- Kitchen area cleaning if not left in perfect order €80,
- Laundry room,
- Loan of cot and high chair (subject to availability, pre-booking essential),
- Pets welcome €50/week (max 1/apt, pre-booking essential).
