Spread across three traditional chalet style buildings, and with views over the surrounding mountains, the traditional style of the development is echoed in the interiors with wood and stone finishes throughout. The apartments are well-appointed and tastefully furnished and decorated.

All the apartments have a living area with a sofa bed sleeping 2 and TV, fully equipped kitchen area with ceramic hob, microwave, oven, cafetière, toaster, kettle, balcony or terrace.

3 bedroom apartment sleeping 6-8 (c.100m2): 2 x double bedrooms, bedroom with two single beds, 2 x shower rooms and bathroom with wc
Opened in December 2021, it offers 20 spacious apartments in a great location for the Prodains cable car, which takes skiers up to Avoriaz to ski the vast Portes du Soleil ski area. A shuttle bus gives access to the heart of the Morzine.

Price includes:
Fully equipped apartment, bed linen (beds made on arrival except sofa bed in living area) and towels (extra set €8 pp), cleaning kit, end of stay cleaning (except kitchen area and washing-up).
To pay locally:
- Refundable deposit €600-€1000 depending on the size of the apartment,
- Local tourist tax max c.€4.20pp/day (+18yrs, for guidance only),
- Kitchen area cleaning if not left in perfect order €80,
- Loan of cot and high chair (subject to availability, pre-booking essential),
- Pets welcome €70/week (max 1/apt, pre-booking essential).
Please note that we have not yet been able to inspect these apartments, as the residence was not completed at the time of our visit. We were, however, impressed with the location and know the high standards employed from similar residences.
