Built in traditional style, Les Balcons de La Rosière benefits from a quiet location, great sunshine and fantastic views over the valley. Floor space is more generous than that found in most Alpine units.
Facilities at Les Balcons de la Rosiere include:

All the stylish apartments at Les Balcons are fitted and furnished to a good standard of comfort and convenience. The interior décor is traditional with the use of pine wood and rustic features.
The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen area with a 4-ring ceramic hob, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and dishwasher. All apartments have a living area with pull out sofa bed sleeping 2, bathroom with spa bath, WC, satellite TV, a telephone (calls payable) and a balcony. Wood burner in 3 bedroom+ apartments.

The 3* Superior ski in/ski out Les Balcons de la Rosiere residence is well-located in the Eucherts area. These apartments have excellent facilities; larger apartments boast wood burners and the largest chalet apartment can sleep up to 16, making them ideal for family groups.

Prices include:
Fully equipped apartment, bed linen, towels (extra set €5pp). Loan of cots and highchairs (subject to availability, state at time of booking). Cleaning kit included complete with sponge, dishwasher tablets, bin bags and washing up liquid.
To pay locally:
- Refundable deposit €460,
- Local tourist tax c.€2.50/pers/day (+18yrs),
- End of stay cleaning on request or if apartment is not left in perfect order €49-145 depding on apartment size,
- Pets welcome from €70/week each,
- Comfort service: €20pp to be booked in advance (including bed made on arrival, a cleaning set and the end of stay cleaning - excluding kitchen area).
Price is unless specified, per accommodation, per week, in £s Sterling, including a DFDS return crossing with a car on Dover-Calais on a self-catering basis. Other operators including Brittany Ferries, P&O and Eurotunnel LeShuttle are available at a supplement. Please view here for all ferry & tunnel details. Extra week deduct £190 per party. Accommodation only deduct £150. Extra car is £180 plus appropriate supplements. Arrival day is usually Saturday.
