The residence is adjacent to the Chataigniers Hotel and facilities include:

The 32 comfortable apartments have a living area with a double sofa bed and TV, a fully equipped open plan kitchen area with ceramic hob, oven, fridge, a bathroom with bath/shower and hair-dryer, WC and a furnished balcony or terrace with nice views facing the mountains. All apartments have air-conditioning.

In the village of Saint-Jorioz, 10km south of Annecy centre and 2.5km from the lake, Les Chataigniers is set in a quiet location overlooking Lake Annecy and surrounded by open spaces. There are superb views towards the Lake and surrounding mountains.

Prices include (provisional):
Bed linen (with beds made on arrival) and towels, loan of cot and high chair (free – subject to availability, state at time of booking), end of stay cleaning (excl. kitchen area and washing up). Underground parking space (two spaces for 3 and 4 bedroom apartments).
To pay locally (provisional):
- Deposit €1000,
- Local tourist tax €0.80/pp/day (+18yrs),
- Pets welcome €42/week.

Other operators including Brittany Ferries, P&O and Eurotunnel LeShuttle are available at a supplement. Please view here for all ferry & tunnel details. Extra week deduct £190 per party. Accommodation only deduct £150. Extra car is £180 plus appropriate supplements. Arrival day is usually Saturday.
