Chalet L'Ourse, Les 2 AlpesÂ
Brand new to the winter 2024/25 programme, Chalet L'Ourse sleeps up to 14 and is close to the shops and restaurants in the bustling resort of Les 2 Alpes. Just 150m from the Diable chairlift, the chalet has facilities including sauna, hot tub on the terrace, a private garage for 3 cars, ski room, plus an in-chalet bar!
Phoenix A, Alpe d'Huez
Brand new residence of 3 buildings in Alpe d'Huez 'Les Bergers'. The apartments are ski-in/ski-out and close to shops and amenities. They also benefit from a shared indoor heated pool and spa facilities.

Hotel Les Cretes, Les Deux Alpes
Les Cretes is a newly renovated family orientated all-inclusive '5B club' in Les 2 Alpes, situated right at the foot of the slopes for easy ski convenience. The hotel has 244 rooms sleeping from 2-8 persons, great for families or small groups. Facilities include indoor/outdoor heated pool, sauna, fitness area, Savoyard restaurant, as well as kids clubs for all ages and a sunny terrace facing the slopes.Â
Panorama Hotel, Flaine
Panorama is a newly built family orientated all-inclusive 5B club in Flaine, at the foot of the slopes for easy ski-in/ski-out convenience. The hotel has 212 rooms that sleep from 2-5 persons. Facilities at Panorama include indoor/outdoor heated pool, sauna, steam room, payable spa treatments, fitness area, Savoyard restaurant and a sunny terrace that faces the slopes. The residence also benefits from free underground parking (on request at time of booking) and free Wi-Fi.Â
Alaska Lodge, Val d'Isère
New to our programme for Winter 2023/24, The Alaska Lodge is made up of 6 luxury apartments. Close to the lifts and village centre in Val d'Isère, these beautiful apartments have facilities including ski room with individual lockers, underground car park, concierge service and outdoor hot tub (for select apartments). Sleeping from 6 persons to 12 persons, these apartments are ideal for bigger groups and large families.Â
Apartments Le Val d'Isère, Val d'Isère
Ideally located in the centre of Val d'Isère, these apartments have a view on the old town's bell tower. Close to the shops, restaurants and bars are nearby, with the snowfront just 5 minutes walk away. These 4 apartments are offered on B&B basis, served in the restaurant of the on-site restaurant.Â
Eperviere Apartment, St Martin de Belleville
This newly renovated luxury apartment is close to the Saint Martin 1 gondola, shops and ski school. The village centre is a 10 minute walk away. Sleeping 6 in 3 bedrooms, this duplex apartment benefits from a south-east facing balcony.
Chalet Reve de Marmottes, Méribel
Situated at the foot of the slopes, and just 50m from the shops and restaurants in Méribel village, this brand new modern chalet is spacious, and beautifully decorated. Sleeping up to 14 people in 5 bedrooms, this chalet benefits from an outdoor hot tub, cinema room, indoor sauna, plus games area.

Altitude Apartment, Saint Martin de Belleville
This spacious apartment is located close to the 'Saint Martin 1' gondola, the local shops and ski school. The village centre is around a 10-minutes' walk away; the apartment sleeps up to 10. Facilities include 2 parking spaces, in-apartment laundry facilities and private ski locker within the building.Â
Arpette Retreat, Plagne 1800
Situated at the foot of the slopes in Plagne 1800, this 160m² chalet is newly renovated to a high standard, with top quality amenities including wood-burning stove! Sleeping up to 12 within 5 cosy bedrooms, Arpette Retreat features heated ski lockers, free WiFi, 2 parking spaces and even a private sauna.
Chalet Blanc, Saint Martin de Belleville
Brand new to the programme, Chalet Blanc is just 180m from the slopes, ski lifts and the resort of Saint Martin de Belleville. With direct access to the famous 3 Valleys, the 160m² chalet offers a cosy cocoon to relax in after a day on the slopes. You can enjoy a private sauna and hot tub out on the terrace, plus ski room, laundry room, with covered and outdoor parking.
Lis, Les 2 Alpes
This large chalet is just 80m from the ski slopes and enjoys some beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. This beautifully decorated, modern chalet sleeps up to 14, with 6 en-suite bedrooms ranging from double, twin and bunk rooms. Facilities include a private indoor heated pool, free WiFi, parking for 3 cars and ski lockers with boot warmers.Â
Snow Lodge, Les 2 Alpes
Located near the Venosc gondola in resort, Snow Lodge is ideally positioned around 250m from the slopes, and just 200m from the shops with easy access to amenities. This modern chalet has facilities including a hot tub on the terrace, free WiFi, parking for 2 cars and ski room with boot dryers. There's also table football and a pool table!Â
Hors Piste Apartment, Saint Martin de Belleville
This modern, duplex apartment is directly in the heart of the village, in close proximity to shops and restaurants. Benefitting from a south-west facing balcony, the apartment has great views over the valley. Facilities include parking for one car, access to ski lockers in the building, plus ski-back possibility.Â
Bichou, Les 2 Alpes
This large chalet sleeps up to 15, with 4 en-suite bedrooms, and is in an ideal setting at the foot of the slopes in Les 2 Alpes. Well equipped with a hot tub on the south-facing terrace, sauna, fitness room, table football and pool table, the chalet has everything to keep adults and kids entertained! Plus there is private parking for 3 cars, and a garage, plus ski room with boot dryer.
Hotel Altezza, Arc 1800
Located in the Charmettoger sector in Arc 1800, this hotel is just 5-minutes from the slopes. With ski-in possibilities, the newly renovated spa hotel offers large rooms with panoramic views from the balconies. Facilities include a private indoor heated pool, sauna, steam room, outdoor hot tub, on-site restaurant and wine cellar, as well as incredible children's facilities including an indoor climbing wall, with arcade machines, pool table and table football.
l'Ecrin de Vars, Vars
Brand new this winter, l'Ecrin de Vars is located in the heart of the lively resort of Vars, and benefits from an amazing location at the foot of the slopes, very close to the chairlifts, with direct ski-in/ski-out access. Facilities include a fitness room, laundry room, Wi-Fi, plus indoor and outdoor parking.Â
Grand Hotel Soleil d'Or, Megève
One of the oldest establishments in Megève, the 5* Grand Hotel Soleil d'Or is located centrally at the entrance to the village. Just 450m from the nearest ski lift, the hotel has facilities such as a 24hr reception, private indoor heated pool, steam room and sauna, plus an on-site Chocolaterie, its own rooftop bar with views across the village, plus an on-site restaurant.
Chalets de Mottaret, Méribel
These new luxurious apartments are just 80m from the Chalet gondola in Méribel, with the gondola giving access to the slopes, as well as the centre of Mottaret with its shops, restaurants and ski school. Finished to a high standard, the residence has unobstructed view of the valley, with parking available (and access to an electric car charger).Â
Provencal, Les Deux Alpes

Chalet Broceliande, Méribel
These private chalets are just a stone's throw from the centre of the Morel area in Méribel. Equipped to a high standard, this residence has a large living room, perfect for an evening in after skiing; there is also a dedicated children's corner! Facilities include an outdoor hot tub on the lower level, private parking in front of chalet for 3 cars including one outlet for an electric car. Hameau de l'Ours is at the gateway of the Aravis Massif, linked to the beautiful La Clusaz ski area. Situated at the foot of the slopes and ESF children's garden, the residence has breath-taking views and offers 1 to 3 bedroom apartments, all finished to a high standard with modern amenities on site.Â
l'Eclat des Veriaz, Megève
Opening soon, this luxury residence is set within a 3-hectare park, and will be just 800m from the resort centre and slopes. The self-catered apartments and chalets will offer views over surrounding peaks, including Mont-Blanc. Facilities include a pool and spa area, playroom/kid’s club, playground, and a tapas bar!
Akoya, Valmorel
Coming soon, this beautiful residence is located in the heart of Valmorel villages. Enjoying an outstanding location that is close to the shops and a stone's throw from the nearest lift, the residence has apartments ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms, all furnished to a high standard finish.Â

Silverstone Lodge, Val d'Isère
Containing 7 chalet-style apartments, Silverstone Lodge opened in December 2023. Ideally located in a rare spot on the Santons ski slope, this residence has perfect ski-in/ski-out access. Just 2 minutes from the village centre, facilities include indoor pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub, as well as a large private ski room with access directly only the slopes.Â
Laska, Les Contamines
The 4-star luxury residence Laska, is located in a quiet area within walking distance of the village centre and has a view of the Mont Joly and ski slopes. Facilities include a reception area with a fireplace, a wellness centre with an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam, and fitness room.Â
Snoroc, Plagne Montalbert
Opening for February 2023, this ski-in/ski-out residence is situated on the blue Pravendue slope that takes you straight to the fast cable car up to Le Fornelet. This new accommodation is made up of 65 apartments, finished to a warm, contemporary style; most apartments have access to a balcony or terrace. Facilities include an indoor swimming pool with counter-current, a teens aquatic area, separate kids play pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub and heated ski lockers.
Alaska Ski Chalet, Chamonix
Part of the exclusive 'Les Chalets' hamlet, Alaska is in a privileged location near the centre of Chamonix. Azurite Ski Chalet, Chamonix
Part of the exclusive 'Les Chalets' hamlet, Azurite is in a privileged location near the centre of Chamonix. With the ski slopes just a few minutes walk away, this luxurious chalet has high quality facilities including a lift, an outdoor Nordic bath, a ski room, laundry and double garage for 2 cars. Alhena, Flaine
Opening for December 2023, this 4* luxury residence is directly in the centre of Flaine Forum. Offering an incredible ski-in/ski-out location, this residence will offer luxurious south-facing apartments that combine traditional style with high standard amenities. Facilities include indoor heated swimming pool with separate children's pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room and fitness room.
Manaka, Plagne Centre
Opening in December 2023, this 4-star luxury residence offers an exceptional location with a view of Mont Blanc. The apartments will be luxurious and facilities will include a reception area with an open fireplace, a wellness area with an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam, and fitness room.
l'Oree du Bois, La Rosière
Brand new in December 22, l'Oree du Bois is just a few minutes from the resort centre. This new residence is formed of just 6 large apartments, all tastefully decorated in a contemporary mountain style. Facilities include modern appliances, private hot tub (select apartments), ski lockers with boot dryers on each floor, private parking and a bakery delivery service.
Diamant des Cimes, La Rosière
Located in an idyllic setting with beautiful mountain views, this newly converted small residence of just 12 apartments. These south-facing residence, decorated to modern mountain style - facilities include sauna, underground car parking and ski lockers.
Altarena, Les Saisies
Opening late last season, Altarena is ideally located a few minutes from the resort centre and ski lifts. South-facing, the 10 apartments in the residence all have access to a balcony or terrace, allowing for breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The residence is bright, spacious and comfortable, with finishings that combine comfort and authentic charm. Facilities include covered parking for each apartment, ski lockers with heated boot dryers and free Wi-Fi.Â
Chalets Turra and Arcelle, Val Cenis
Located in a quiet area of Val Cenis, just a few minutes walk across the river from the Vieux Moulin gondola, Chalets Turra and Arcelle are two brand new chalets finished in December 2022. Facilities include shared ski room with lockers and boot warmers, a laundry room, private parking (including electric charging points) and private hot tubs in each chalet.
Club Val Claret, Tignes
Club Val Claret is a newly renovated family-orientated all-inclusive 5B club in Tignes Val Claret, right in the heart of the resort. The hotel has the ultimate ski convenience of being ski-in/ski-out and has 194 rooms sleeping from 2-5 people. Facilities include indoor heated pool, sauna, steam room, fitness area and yoga classes, on-site Savoyard restaurant and panoramic restaurant, bar and kids club from ages 3 until 17. The sunny terrace faces the slopes and the residence has ski lockers and free Wi-Fi.
Saphir Ski Chalet, Chamonix
Part of the exclusive 'Les Chalets' hamlet, Saphir is in a privileged location near the centre of Chamonix. Just a 300m walk to the ski slopes, this luxurious chalet is equipped with high quality facilities including a lift, an outdoor Nordic bath, a ski room, laundry and double garage for 2 cars. The Saphir also has a sauna. Split over 4 levels, this chalet sleeps 12 people and has breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.Â

This newly built residence is ideally located in the residential area of 'La Cry' in Combloux and has exceptional views of Mont Blanc.
