It has direct ski access to the ‘village’ centre ski lift run with its drag lift whereby you can ski from the top of the draglift down to the Saint Martin 1 gondola. You can also ski back (all weather permitting and level permitting).
Parking is included for one car (max. height 2m10) and there are ski lockers in the building.
Sleeping 6 in 2 bedrooms (46m2), the apartment is on the 5th floor (no lift) and is over 2 levels (duplex). This apartment has also been renovated and is within the ‘Hors Piste’ building.
The living area has a sofa that converts into beds sleeping 2 (with 1 single sofa bed and 1 hideaway bed), TV. The kitchen features 4 hotplates, oven, microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, electric coffee machine and toaster.
The bathroom has a shower and there is a separate WC.
