All 104 rooms have air-conditioning plus bathroom with bath or shower and separate wc, minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, safety deposit box, satellite TV, telephone, free Wi-Fi internet access and a breathtaking view on the lake from most rooms (guaranteed lake view rooms at a supplement), others with mountain view. 

The 12 suites, from Junior to Prestige, are outstanding combining simplicity, elegance, comfort and discretion. There are also 2 magnificent spacious suites, with high-standard services. From their terraces, enjoy an outstanding view over Lake Annecy.

A full buffet breakfast is provided, that you can have on the terrace (weather permitting). Half board can also be booked.

Luxury suites:

Lake terrace suite sleeping 2/6 (c.76m²): located on the third floor of the hotel, this magnificent and very spacious suite faces the lake, has 2 beautiful bedrooms in a stylish and contemporary decor, each of them with a private bathroom and a whirlpool bathtub dedicated to the master bedroom. Its large living room offers a warm and friendly living space. Its spacious private terrace is equipped with deckchairs, a sofa, armchairs and a large garden table
Imperial suite sleeping 2/4 (c.162m²): located on the top floor of the hotel on 2 levels, the entrance opens onto a large contemporary living room of 50m² and modern armchairs signed Giorgetti facing the lake. There is a junior bedroom of 20m² with an en-suite bathroom and a dressing room. Upstairs, there is a small cozy lounge overlooking a first terrace with a 360° view of Lake Annecy, a dining area and reading corner. The master bedroom of 40m², besides its private terrace and dressing room, offers a large bathroom with double sink, bathtub signed by designer Kelly Hoppen and a spacious double shower which can also be used as a steam room and an integrated TV screen
