The residence is only 5 minutes walk to the nursery slopes for complete beginners. The magic carpet connecting to the main gondola is 700m away, just past the nursery slopes or you can take the ski bus service that links the residence with the gondola.
The Leana offers 56 apartments in 5 chalets, combining traditional Savoyard architecture with high-standard, modern facilities.
New services included in this property for 2024/25 - Leana now offers additional services that will enhance your stay including bathrobes, slippers and a pool towel for all adult guests, a welcome essentials pack with coffee pods for your coffee machine, tea sachets and condiments, shower gel, still and sparkling bottled water and a sweet treat. All apartments also have a safe. You’ll also benefit from a mid-stay towel change.
Facilities at Leana include:

The loan of cots, high chairs, changing mats, socket guards, and bottle warmer (all subject to availability, max 1 of each per apartment; state at time of booking), board games, fondue and raclette sets is available from reception.
All the stylish apartments are fitted and furnished to a very high standard of comfort and convenience. They have a living area with a sofa bed sleeping 2 (either a pull-out sofa bed making up 2 single beds or a sofa bed sleeping 2), a fully equipped kitchen area with a multi-function oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, mixer, steamer, Nespresso machine or electric coffee maker, toaster, bathroom with bath or shower, hairdryer and wc (may be separate). All apartments have satellite TV, telephone, Wi-Fi (free for first device, subsequent devices payable) and a balcony.

Prices include (provisional):
Fully equipped apartment, bed linen (beds made on arrival except sofa bed in lounge), towels, tea towel, cleaning kit and end of stay cleaning (excl kitchen area and washing up).
To pay locally (provisional):
- Refundable deposit €400,
- Local tourist tax c.€3.40pp/day (applies to those aged 18 and over),
- To hire: extra towel set €12, additional bathrobe €10, extra cleaning kit €8,
- End of stay cleaning including kitchen & dishes (price to be requested at the reception),
- Underground car parking €120/car/week, max height 2.10m (state at time of booking),
- Pets welcome €95/stay (max 1/apt) on request, please advise us at time of booking if you are taking your pet. Relevant documentation required including anti-rabies certificate. New for 23/24: dog welcome kit in apartments (dog bowl, chew bone, toy and poop bags). Pets must be kept on a lead within the residence.
Price is unless specified, per accommodation, per week, on a self-catering basis, in £s Sterling, including a Standard Eurotunnel LeShuttle crossing from Folkestone to Calais with a car with free FlexiPlus upgrade on selected dates. A supplement will apply for travel on certain peak dates. £15 each way supplement for high cars (above 1.85m) will also apply. Other routes and operators available (including P&O routes from Hull to Rotterdam plus Brittany Ferries route from Portsmouth to Caen). Accommodation only deduct £420.
