Built in typical mountain style with extensive use of wood and stone, the Residence Orelle 3 Vallees (formerly Hameau des Eaux d’Orelle) is composed of 8 large chalets each comprising 111 fully equipped apartments of a high standard.
Facilities at Orelle 3 Vallees include:

The apartments at Residence Orelle 3 Vallees are part of our Essentiels range. All apartments at Residence Orelle 3 Vallees are fitted and furnished to a good standard of comfort and convenience. They have a fully equipped kitchen area with 2 or 4-ring ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher (in most of apartments), combination oven (or microwave in Apartments up to sleeping 2-4), electric coffee-maker, kettle, toaster, bathroom with bath (shower for studios), wc (separate except for studios). All apartments have TV, DVD player and mini hi-fi (both on request) and a spacious balcony enjoying amazing views over the surrounding mountains. Living area with double pull-out bed (making up 2 single beds).

Studio sleeping 2 (c.23m2): living area with double pull-out bed (making up 2 single beds) or 2 single beds or double bed
Studio sleeping 4 (c.25m2): living area with double pull-out bed (making up 2 single beds) and bunk beds
1 bedroom apartment sleeping 2-3 (c.25m2): bedroom with double bed or bunk beds
1 bedroom alcove apartment sleeping 3-5 (c.27m2): ): bedroom with double bed, alcove with bunk beds
1 bedroom apartment sleeping 2-4 (c.272): bedroom with a double bed (may be bunk beds instead of sofa bed)
1 bedroom apartment sleeping 4-6 (c.32/45m2): bedroom with double bed, alcove with bunk beds
2 bedroom apartment sleeping 4-6 (c.43/55m2): 2 x bedrooms with double bed, single beds or bunk beds
Please note: bunk beds are not suitable for children less than 6 years old and the upper bunk is not suitable for people over 1.85m and over 80kg.

Fully equipped apartment, TV, bed linen, outdoor parking (subject to availability), WiFi in the apartments.
To pay locally:
- Refundable deposit €500 plus €90 for cleaning,
- Local tourist tax c.€1.40/pp/day (+18yrs old), subject to change,
- To hire: towel set (1 bath + 1 hand) €12/pp,
- To hire: extra bed linen €17/double bed or €12/single bed,
- Cleaning kit €10,
- End of stay cleaning, if the apartment not left in perfect order €50 to €90 depending on the apartment,
- Underground car parking €30/week/car is subject to availability so request at time of booking (€50 if booked on-site),
- Pets welcome €79/week (max 1/apt) on presentation of the anti-rabies certificate, request at time of booking.
Price is unless specified, per accommodation, per week, on a self-catering basis, in £s Sterling, including a Standard Eurotunnel LeShuttle crossing from Folkestone to Calais with a car with free FlexiPlus upgrade on selected dates. A supplement will apply for travel on certain peak dates. £15 each way supplement for high cars (above 1.85m) will also apply. Other routes and operators available (including P&O routes from Hull to Rotterdam plus Brittany Ferries route from Portsmouth to Caen). Accommodation only deduct £420.
