l'Oree des Pistes
l'Orée des Pistes is a four-storey chalet residence comprising fully equipped apartments.
Facilities at l'Oree des Piste include:

All apartments at Oree des Pistes are fitted and furnished to a very good standard of comfort and convenience. They have: living area with TV, bathroom, WC (sometimes separate), fully equipped kitchen area with electric hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, extractor hood, coffee maker, kettle.

Prices include:
Fuly eqipped apartment, bed linen, towels, baby equipment hire, TV, WiFi, access to indoor pool, end of stay cleaning included (except kitchen and washing up).
To pay locally:
- Security deposit €300,
- Local tourist tax c.€1.65pp/day,
- Eco tax c.€0.20/pp/day,
- Restaurant with dinners or half board,
- Sauna and steam room,
- Pool table,
- Beds made on arrival (needs to be pre-booked) €20/single bed, €25/double bed,
- Cleaning kit €6,
- Pets welcome €70/stay (max 1/apt) on presentation of the anti-rabies certificate, request at time of booking. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times within the residence grounds.
Price is unless specified, per accommodation, per week, on a self-catering basis, in £s Sterling, including a Standard Eurotunnel LeShuttle crossing from Folkestone to Calais with a car with free FlexiPlus upgrade on selected dates. A supplement will apply for travel on certain peak dates. £15 each way supplement for high cars (above 1.85m) will also apply. Other routes and operators available (including P&O routes from Hull to Rotterdam plus Brittany Ferries route from Portsmouth to Caen). Accommodation only deduct £460.

We are still working on 2025/26 season supplement dates for Eurotunnel. We will have these in due course. Please use the above as a rough guide, but this is subject to change due to peak date amends including Easter week of 28/03/26 which will more than likely have a supplement in addition to the week after.
