Les Balcons de Val Cenis le Haut is a 3* residence situated at the end of Lanslevillard village with just fields and mountains behind it. Its location is very convenient for the slopes with the ‘Val Cenis du Haut’ gondola and the end of the green Les Terres Grasses piste only 100m away. There is a convenient draglift to take you back up to the residence. The centre of ‘Les Terres Grasses’ with its few shops, restaurants and mini-supermarket is just 80m away.
Built of local timber and stone, Les Balcons has an attractive Alpine style and floor space is more generous than that found in most Alpine units. The perfect choice for those who seek a village atmosphere.

The apartments at Les Balcons de Val Cenis en Haut are part of our Essentiels range. The interior décor is traditional with the use of pine wood and rustic features. The apartments have a living area with a double pull-out sofa bed, bathroom with bath or shower, separate WC, fully equipped kitchen area with 4-ring ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, satellite TV, telephone and a balcony.
