Les Balcons de Val Cenis Village

The generous sized apartments in this residence are ideally located at the foot of the slopes, less than 200m from the gondola and ski school, and a short walk from the village centre. Facilities include an on-site restaurant and bakery.

Ideally located at the foot of the slopes, Les Balcons de Val Cenis Village apartments are within 200m of the gondola and ski school. This residence is also within short walking distance to the village centre of Lanslevillard and its shops, bars and restaurants.

Built of local timber and stone, Les Balcons du Village has an attractive traditional Alpine style and comprises 9 chalets. Floor space is more generous than that found in most Alpine accommodations.

Facilities at Les Balcons de Val Cenis Village include:

All the stylish apartments are fitted and furnished to a high standard of comfort and convenience. The interior décor is traditional with the use of pine wood and rustic features. They have a living area with a pull-out sofa bed sleeping 2 (+ wood burner with some wood provided, in some of the larger apartments), bathroom with bath or shower room, wc, fully equipped kitchen area with 4-ring ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffeemaker, kettle and toaster TV, telephone and a balcony.

Prices include:

Fully equipped apartment, bed linen (beds made on arrival, except sofa beds), towels (extra set €8 pp). Cleaning kit, end of stay cleaning (except kitchen area and washing-up, please empty the dishwasher, take out the bins and wipe down the oven and fridge). Access to the pool and spa area at the Les Balcons Platinium de Val Cenis (children under 16 must be accompanied). Spa treatments can also be organised on-site.

To pay locally:

  • Refundable deposit €460,
  • Local tourist tax c.€1.90/pp over 18yrs/day,
  • Extra towel or linen set €8/set,
  • Spa treatments and massages,
  • Underground car parking €42-56/week/car is subject to availability so request at time of booking, max height 2.05m,
  • Pets welcome €100/week (max 1/apt) on presentation of the anti-rabies certificate, request at time of booking.

Price is unless specified, per accommodation, per week, on a self-catering basis, in £s Sterling, including a Standard Eurotunnel LeShuttle crossing from Folkestone to Calais with a car with free FlexiPlus upgrade on selected dates. A supplement will apply for travel on certain peak dates. £15 each way supplement for high cars (above 1.85m) will also apply. Other routes and operators available (including P&O routes from Hull to Rotterdam plus Brittany Ferries route from Portsmouth to Caen). Accommodation only deduct £420.
