The residence comprises 5 chalet-style buildings and offers a good range of facilities.

- Refundable deposit €250,
- Local tourist tax c.€1.50pp/day (or those aged 18 and over),
- End of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen area and washing-up, €65-€119 depending on size of apartment),
- Wi-Fi to pay during first connection €20/week/device,
- Sauna or steam room sessions (price available on site),
- To hire: bed linen €12/bed/change, towels €10/kit pp/week (1 hand towel, 1 bath towel, 1 bath mat),
- Baby equipment rental (bed, chair and/or bath) left in the accommodation: €5/stay. To be reserved at the same time as the accommodation and according to availability,
- Small pets welcome €49 (max 1/apt, anti-rabies certificate required).
Price is unless specified, per accommodation, per week, on a self-catering basis, in £s Sterling, including a Standard Eurotunnel LeShuttle crossing from Folkestone to Calais with a car with free FlexiPlus upgrade on selected dates. A supplement will apply for travel on certain peak dates. £15 each way supplement for high cars (above 1.85m) will also apply. Other routes and operators available (including P&O routes from Hull to Rotterdam plus Brittany Ferries route from Portsmouth to Caen). Accommodation only deduct £420.
