The Kinabalu provides a high standard of spacious, luxurious accommodation and a wide range of facilities and services. It comprises 1 chalet of 4 floors with an elevator and 21 apartments.

La Bokka Restaurant and Bar at the Kinabalu residence is only for dinner, a purely Italian concept in the spirit of an elegant trattoria (arrange and pay locally).

All the spacious apartments at the Kinabalu are fitted and furnished to the highest possible standard and are exquisitely designed. The interior décor is stylishly contemporary, with the use of quality materials throughout, including wood, slate and stone. Living room with sofa, television, telephone and balcony, fully equipped kitchen (oven, hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, citrus press and washing machine). Cot and high chair can be hired.

- Pets are not generally accepted, however, you can waive this rule only for small, non-aggressive animals with up-to-date vaccination records for €140/week (within the limit of one animal per apartment).
Price is unless specified, per accommodation, per week, on a self-catering basis, in £s Sterling, including a Standard Eurotunnel LeShuttle crossing from Folkestone to Calais with a car with free FlexiPlus upgrade on selected dates. A supplement will apply for travel on certain peak dates. £15 each way supplement for high cars (above 1.85m) will also apply. Other routes and operators available (including P&O routes from Hull to Rotterdam plus Brittany Ferries route from Portsmouth to Caen). Accommodation only deduct £420.
