Built in typical mountain style with extensive use of wood, the residence is composed of four small 4-floor chalet-style buildings incorporating 74 apartments (with lifts) and a few small semi-detached chalets.
Facilities at Les Fermes Emiguy:

- Free access to 'wellness area' including indoor heated pool, hot tub and fitness room,
- Sauna and steam room (1 free session per apartment per week, then pay locally),

All fully equipped apartments at Les Fermes Emiguy are of a high standard and decorated in a contemporary style. They have a living area with sofa bed sleeping 2, a fully equipped kitchen area with ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave-grill, kettle, electric coffee maker, a bath or shower room, separate WC. All apartments have a TV in lounge, a balcony or terrace and Wi-Fi (pay locally). A few 2 and 3 bedrooms apartments are under the eaves.

A supplement will apply for travel on certain peak dates. £15 each way supplement for high cars (above 1.85m) will also apply. Other routes and operators available (including P&O routes from Hull to Rotterdam plus Brittany Ferries route from Portsmouth to Caen). Accommodation only deduct £420.
