    Les 3 Sophies

    Opened in December 2021, it offers 20 spacious apartments in a great location for the Prodains cable car, which takes skiers up to Avoriaz to ski the vast Portes du Soleil ski area. A shuttle bus gives access to the heart of the Morzine.

    Spread across three traditional chalet-style buildings, and with views over the surrounding mountains, the traditional style of the development is echoed in the interiors with wood and stone finishes throughout. The apartments are well-appointed and tastefully furnished and decorated.

    Fully equipped apartment, bed linen (beds made on arrival except sofa bed in living area) and towels (extra set €8 pp), cleaning kit.

    To pay locally:

    • Refundable deposit €300-€2000 depending on the size of the apartment,
    • Local tourist tax max c.€4.20pp/day (+18yrs, for guidance only),
    • Loan of cot and high chair (subject to availability, pre-booking essential),
    • End of stay cleaning €50-80
    • Cleaning of kitchen area and washing up €80,
    • Pets welcome €70/week (max 1/apt, pre-booking essential. Pets must be vaccinated, microchipped, and travel with their health record).
