All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Living area with comfortable seating, TV, telephone and wood-burning stove. Apartments have a sofa bed sleeping 2 (except 52m2). Bathrobes and slippers provided.

Fully equipped apartment, bed linen and towels, end of stay cleaning (except kitchen area and washing-up), welcome kit (samples of Nespresso capsules, dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge).
To pay locally:
- Local tourist tax c.€2.50/pp 18+ yrs/night (for guidance only),
- Covered parking €105/week, payable locally, 2m max, extra for electric car charging,
- Pets welcome €175/week,
- Christmas Eve dinner €65/adult, €35/child (aged 4-12),
- New Year’s Eve dinner €85/adult, €45/child (aged 4-12).
Price is unless specified, per accommodation, per week, on a self-catering basis, in £s Sterling, including a Standard Eurotunnel LeShuttle crossing from Folkestone to Calais with a car with free FlexiPlus upgrade on selected dates. A supplement will apply for travel on certain peak dates. £15 each way supplement for high cars (above 1.85m) will also apply. Other routes and operators available (including P&O routes from Hull to Rotterdam plus Brittany Ferries route from Portsmouth to Caen). Accommodation only deduct £420.
