Opened in December 2021, it is located within a residential area of Val d’Isere, the shops and restaurants are a short walk from the residence (500m). The residence has a beautiful view on the Bellevarde. The residence is formed of 2 connected chalets with a lift and each has 5 levels.

All the large and spacious apartments are very tastefully decorated in a contemporary style; they are very comfortable, well-equipped and beautifully appointed. They all have a living area with satellite TV and direct line telephone (payable locally); fully equipped open plan kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juicer and washing machine, balcony. Welcome pack in the apartments on arrival. Bathroom with heated towel rail and hairdryer. Cot and high chair can be hired for free on request.
