The residence is located in the Quartier des Eucherts area (close to the Cimes Blanches residence) with a few shops, bars, restaurants and a mini-market nearby. It's also close to the ski slopes and is ski-in/ski-out (snow and level depending).
A free resort shuttle bus operates from the Les Balcons de La Rosiere to the resort centre of La Rosiere, which is 900m away (or enjoy a gentle walk along the marked footpath through the forest).

Built in traditional style, Les Balcons de La Rosiere benefits from a quiet location, great sunshine and fantastic views over the valley. Floor space is more generous than that found in most Alpine units.
All the stylish apartments at Les Balcons de La Rosiere are fitted and furnished to a good standard of comfort and convenience. The interior décor is traditional with the use of pine wood and rustic features. The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen area with a 4-ring ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. All apartments have a living area with pull out sofa bed sleeping 2, bathroom with spa bath, WC, satellite TV, a telephone (calls payable) and a balcony. Wood burner in 3 bedroom+ apartments.
